Womb Healing

Nuru member

Womb healing is a holistic practice that supports women and people with wombs in reconnecting with their womb space — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It addresses ancestral wounding, reproductive trauma, menstrual imbalance, fertility challenges, and disconnection from feminine power.

Cultural origin

Rooted in indigenous healing traditions across Mesoamerica, Africa, and Asia that have long honoured the womb as a centre of creative power and wisdom.

What a session involves

Sessions vary by practitioner and may include energy work, massage of the abdominal area, breathwork, guided meditation, ritual, and conversation. Sessions typically last 75–90 minutes.

Who it's for

Women and people with wombs at any life stage — from menarche to menopause. Particularly powerful for those healing from reproductive trauma, pregnancy loss, birth trauma, or seeking to reconnect with their feminine essence.

Cultural and ancestral practices belong to specific lineages and peoples. We ask seekers to approach them with respect, and practitioners to share their training and lineage in their profile.
