Feldenkrais Method

The Feldenkrais Method uses gentle movement and directed attention to help the nervous system discover more efficient and comfortable ways of moving. It is used for pain relief, neurological rehabilitation, and performance enhancement.

Cultural origin

Developed by Moshé Feldenkrais, an Israeli physicist and martial artist, in the mid-20th century.

What a session involves

Who it's for

Anyone with chronic pain, movement limitations, neurological conditions, or those seeking to improve athletic or artistic performance.
