Ayurveda
Nuru memberAyurveda is a complete system of health and longevity that works with the individual's unique constitution (dosha) to bring body, mind, and spirit into balance. It encompasses diet, herbs, bodywork, yoga, meditation, and daily routine as tools for wellbeing.
Cultural origin
India — one of the world's oldest complete systems of medicine, developed over 5,000 years ago within the Vedic tradition.
What a session involves
An initial Ayurvedic consultation involves a detailed assessment of constitution, current imbalances, digestion, sleep, and lifestyle. The practitioner then provides personalised dietary, lifestyle, and herbal recommendations. Bodywork sessions (Abhyanga, Shirodhara) are offered separately. Sessions last 60–90 minutes.
Who it's for
Anyone seeking a holistic, personalised approach to health rooted in one of the world's oldest medical traditions.
