Every woman has a season to bloom. Yours is coming. In Full Bloom is a Sunday afternoon of deep restoration, held inside a stunning converted printworks in Hackney. You don't need to do anything here. You just need to arrive. As you settle onto your mat, the space around you is already alive — the energy of movement still warm in the room.
What's included
Arrive at 1:45pm as the aerial yoga session closes and the full group comes together. You'll be seated on a mat and served warm ceremonial-grade cacao — heart-opening, grounding and intentional — shared as a collective moment before the healing begins. From there, lie back and surrender into a live reiki sound healing session using crystal bowls, gong and intentional energy work. Leave restored.
