About this experience
Every woman has a season to bloom. Yours is coming. In Full Bloom is a three-hour Sunday experience designed to move you, ground you and restore you at the height of summer. Set inside a stunning converted printworks in Hackney, this intimate gathering brings together aerial yoga, ceremonial cacao and live reiki sound healing in one carefully held space. Full Experience guests open with aerial yoga in the silk hammocks, moving through guided stretches and inversions. As the session closes and both groups come together, ceremonial-grade cacao is served — warm, heart-opening and intentional — creating a moment of stillness and connection before the live reiki sound healing begins.
